Launch of New Perception Strategies Website Features Exciting New Services

With the launch of a new Perception Strategies website, the company is adding video production and qualitative research services to its current roster of healthcare perception services.

“Video production is a natural extension for us because it is a dramatic way to share consumer perception especially when combined with patient interactions,” said Perception Strategies president Kevin Billingsley.

Focus groups and other forms of qualitative research will also be added to Perception Strategies’ core business of healthcare mystery shopping. “Healthcare mystery shopping is still our bread and butter,” said Billingsley, “but there are occasions when a more appropriate way to get consumer feedback is through a carefully constructed focus group or survey or the immediacy of an intercept.”

Billingsley said the goal is for the company to remain focused on healthcare by fully embracing the mission of its clients who seek to see themselves from the consumer perspective.
